GENERAL QUESTIONS
The locations of the party are kept secret until the seniors actually arrive. This keeps everyone safe and secure, and actually makes it more fun for the seniors.
The seniors will be transported by buses.
No, except in extraordinary circumstance, the seniors must all ride on the provided buses.
We have been working with Grad Nights to plan a terrifically fun and entertaining party for our seniors. There will be plenty of food, lots of entertainment and activities, and a really fun, safe night for our kids.
No, once the seniors have agreed to participate, they need to remain with the group until everyone is returned safely in the morning.
The buses will return them to the school and a parent or guardian must pick them up and drive them home. For safety reasons, seniors are not allowed to drive themselves home from the bus drop-off location. However, they may carpool with another senior who is being picked up by an adult providing transportation.
Prohibited items include alcohol, drugs, weapons, purses, bags, backpacks, or wallets.
Yes. Safety for all seniors is our number one priority. We will be searching every senior including a pat-down as they load onto the busses. This has been the tradition since the very first graduation party here at our school.
Depending upon the severity of the problem, they may be excluded from activities or we will require either you or in some cases the police to remove them from the party.
THE PARTY
Right after graduation.
We will keep the seniors out until around 6:00 am. We will give everyone exact timing and details closer to the date of graduation.
As soon as possible! Our ability to secure the best entertainment and special activities is based upon our ability to put down deposits quickly before another school does.
You can do it on this website via PayPal if available or follow any other instructions on the tickets page.
The cost of the ticket increases the closer we get to the party. For the current price please consult the Purchase Ticket page of this website.
Please email us for more information.
May 1st, but remember, the earlier you have it in the better chance your senior will get their first choice of which bus they will ride on to and from the events. The seniors all want to ride with their friends if possible and cannot sign up for a bus until their balance is paid in full and they have turned in their permission form.
Yes, see the tickets page for more information.
Every senior at our school is eligible to attend the party.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We are always looking for volunteers to help us put this event together. Opportunities can include: pre-party support, check-in, fundraising, and party chaperone.
That would be terrific. We have seniors who would love to attend but their families don't have the means to purchase a ticket for them. We want this event to be as inclusive of all our seniors. Please check out the ticket page to see how you can help.
Yes, but we cannot be responsible if they lose their camera, and we can’t delay the party to allow them to look for any lost or misplaced articles if we are getting ready to leave a venue.
Contact the party committee chairperson as listed on the Contact Page.
We do everything we can to ensure the safety of our kids, that's the purpose of the party - Keep the kids safe on graduation night - while giving them a wonderful event to celebrate their academic achievement. This is also the reason that all students will be patted down before boarding the buses.
There is no specific dress code. However, closed-toed shoes and socks are required to ensure full access to all activities. And, fun, casual, comfortable, and warm clothing are great guides for what the kids should wear.
Yes, in order to attend every senior must have a completed permission to attend form that has been signed by both the senior and a parent or guardian. We recognize that many of the seniors are now or will be 18 and can sign their own agreements, however, a parent or guardian's signature is also required as some provisions of the agreement calls for the parent or guardian to be responsible for the actions of their senior. there are multiple forms that are required and need to be submitted before the party. No senior will be permitted to attend this event without a parent or guardian signature on the permission form- this is not optional.
No. Everything at the party is FREE. If they can eat it, it’s unlimited. If there’s a cover charge, there won’t be one for them. If it needs tokens – they will BE supplied. If it requires a ticket - we'll have one for them at the door.
THE FOOD
If there is time – absolutely. It will have been a very long day, and your senior will be very hungry and undoubtedly appreciate a quick snack before boarding the buses. Please note that they may not bring food with them, but they can certainly eat something quickly before joining us. Most of our parents are very thoughtful in this regard and have an easy to eat snack ready for their senior to quickly gobble down before the party.
There will be food for them at each party location and meals are available about 15 – 30 minutes after they arrive.
Please let the party committee know in advance so that we can make reasonable accommodations for you to provide special food for them to take to the party.
All our food providers have been asked to remove nuts from their products, however their offerings are all prepared in kitchens that have nuts present and thus cross-contamination cannot be prevented.
If your senior has specific food needs, please plan on providing the best choices of food for them. We will make sure that are able to take it with them and into the venues. Their safety is our number one concern.
